Absentee Ballot Applications:

To be timely received, an application for an absentee-by-mail ballot shall be received by the absentee ballot clerk no later than 11 days prior to the election or runoff.

Please complete and print the application then return it in one of these ways:

• Fax the application to (678) 714-8145
• Email it to jwhittington@cityofsugarhill.com
• Deliver or mail the application to:
• City of Sugar Hill, 5039 West Broad Street, Sugar Hill, GA 30578

When you register online through My Voter Page, the site requires a Georgia driver’s license or personal identification card. If you don’t have one of those two, you can use the voter registration form (PDF) in English or Spanish.
