CARES is only available to residents within the city limits of Sugar Hill.
Please enter your non-emergency request for service or information. Your entry will be routed to the corresponding department, and you will receive an initial reponse via e-mail within 72 hours.
When you enter your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your request has been entered. You may also receive one or more e-mails after that notifying you of the progress and/or closure of your request. You must have an e-mail account to use this system.
Please remember, the City of Sugar Hill Municipal Offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
If you are submitting this request after business hours or on a holiday, the proper personnel will address your concern on the next business day.
Entering your Citizen Service Request
All fields marked by a red asterisk must be completed in order for your service request to be submitted.
When entering the Request Details, begin by entering the house number in the Street # box. If your street name does not appear when you click in the Street name box; begin typing the street name in the box. You may then select your street from the list. NOTE: Only streets within the City of Sugar Hill will appear in the list.
