The City of Sugar Hill will receive separate sealed bids for Sugar Hill Sidewalk Improvements Project at 4988 W. Broad Street, Sugar Hill, Georgia 30518 until 10:00 A.M. local time on May 19, 2011. Any bid received after said time and date will not be accepted by the City. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:15 A.M., May 19, 2011.
The work to be completed consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment to install sidewalks in the City of Sugar Hill. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and any technicalities, and to reject any or all bids.
