Facilities

Sugar Hill Community Center

The city owns a newly renovated community center located at 1166 Church Street, behind the Town Green. City Residents and their families can reserve this facility and many others by calling the Recreation Department at 770-831-7413.

Sugar Hill Golf Club

In addition, the city owns and operates the Sugar Hill Golf Club, an 18-hole public golf facility located at 6094 Suwanee Dam Road. City residents enjoy discounted green fees not available to the general public. A banquet room at the clubhouse is available to rent for private functions. Sugar Hill Town Green

The Sugar Hill Town Green is conveniently located close to City Hall and the Community Center. The Town Green features an open-air 35-foot gazebo, picnic area, Verdin town clock, Veteran’s Memorial and commemorative marble bricks. This is a popular spot for picnics, photographs and outdoor gatherings.

Renting City Facilities

Would you like to rent a City facility?

Sugar Hill Citizens may choose to rent one of these recreational facilities:

  • Gazebo at the Sugar Hill Town Green
  • Park Pavilions at E.E. Robinson Park
  • Amphitheater at E.E. Robinson Park
  • Ball Fields with or without sports lighting
  • Sugar Hill Community Center
  • Gary Pirkle Park Amenities (see below)

If you are interested in renting a City facility, please complete and return the Rental Contract (below) and return to the Recreation Department.

Gary Pirkle Park Rental Information:

Sugar Hill Citizens may rent the following at Gary Pirkle park:

  • Synthetic Field with or without light usage
  • Natural Grass Field with or without light usage
  • Pavilion

Please complete and return the GPP Policies & Procedures and GPP Use Agreement (below) and return to the Recreation Department.
