Providing Service to Customers of Sugar Hill Gas Utilities
Welcome to the City of Sugar Hill Gas Utilities Online Payment Service.
If you need to make a payment right away, you may now pay your Sugar Hill Gas Utility bill online. Before you pay online, you will need your gas utility customer account number, credit card or checking / savings account information, and an online profile for the SallieMae online payment center.
Online payments can only be accepted for the payment of your Sugar Hill Gas Utility. A convenience fee charge of 3% of the total amount paid will be charged to the consumer for using this online payment service.
Payments Accepted:
Master Card, Discover, American Express, Electronic Check (checking or savings)
You may use a credit card, or an electronic check (checking or savings account) to pay your utility bill online. Credit cards accepted include: American Express, Discover, or Master Card. NOTE: Visa credit cards cannot be accepted through this online payment service at this time.
Please do not make an online payment if your utility service has been interrupted, subject to disconnection, disconnected, if you have a returned check, returned ACH payment, or a credit card chargeback. Please do not pay gas utility deposits through this online payment site.
Please Note: The electronic payment site will only reflect a summary of your utility bill. Payments since your last bill will not be shown on this site and your balance will not change until your next billing statement is generated.
Only payments made through the electronic billing website may be tracked through the payment history page of the site.
The City of Sugar Hill does not collect personally identifiable information about its customers. Personally identifiable information on individual users will not be sold or otherwise transferred to third parties. Credit card payments made on the SallieMae website are made through a secure and encrypted method. The server encrypts this information to ensure privacy and protection of sensitive information. If any unauthorized use of your credit card occurs as a result of the payment from this website, contact your Credit Card Company to report the problem. If you have questions or concerns regarding a payment you have made on the SallieMae website, please feel free to call the City of Sugar Hill Gas Department, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm at (770) 945-6716. If you make a payment online, your payment will be posted to your account within two business days. For example, if you make a payment on Friday, your payment will be posted to your account the following Monday or Tuesday. If you click the “Submit” payment button more than once, your credit card could be charged more than once. If this happens to you, or if you over-pay in error, and you would like your credit card to be credited, please contact the City of Sugar Hill Gas Department, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00pm at (770) 945-6716. You will be required to write a letter of request to initiate the credit. Please be advised, convenience fees are charged for each online transaction and will not be refunded.
Cut-off Hours: If we receive payment authorizations from you on or before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on a business day, we will debit the funds from your account(s). Please make sure funds are immediately available in your account. All payment authorizations received after 5:00 p.m. will be debited from your account the following business day.
